Handforged mini (Ko) Deba from 1095 high carbon steel, with a solid Beech Handle, Oval to allow a comfortable and secure hammer grip.

Beech was chosen for its natural resistance and weight.

The Deba is designed for the preparation of Fish and Poultry, utilising its weight and strength for cleaving and chopping. Its thick spine, Single Grind and bevel allow for clean, easy cuts through Fish and Poultry bone joints with the heel, whilst still retaining a nimble and usefull tip. Easy to Maintain, this knife is made for the Right Hand.

Made for Fish and Poultry, Please do not use to debone Meat.

Due to its Carbon Content, I do not recommend using a knife steel to hone this blade.
